Year 11 Colours Awards Evening for Semester 1

On Tuesday, 30 August over 140 parents, family and friends attended the Year 11 Colours Awards evening for their achievement during Semester 1. Fifty students received an award for Academic, Endeavour, Performance or Community.  Guests were entertained by our Music students and catered for by our Food Tech students.  The guest speaker was ex-student Stephanie Holt who spoke about her time since leaving the College and the importance of working hard and setting achievable goals.

Thank you to College Board members Hon. Michael Mischin MLC, Attorney General; Minister for Commerce and Hon. Albert Jacob MLA, Minister for Environment; Heritage (both College Board members) for attending and their help in presenting the many awards as well as Rod Buckenara, Principal Kinross College and Kelly Jansen, Kinross Student Services Manager.
