Year 12 References
Due back to the Mentor Teacher by 1st August 2024
Students who would like a Year 12 reference from their mentor teacher must request for one to be written.
In Week 1 of Term 3, students received the Year 12 Reference Application form in mentor.
Requests for references can be made by students or parents, as long as the application form has been completed and returned.
Teachers are unable to write a reference without a completed form as the information on the form gives them valuable information required for the reference.
The reference will be included in the students Presentation Night folder which will be given to them at the final Year 12 event, our Presentation Evening on Wednesday, 23 October at Optus Stadium.
Reference requests are due back to the student’s mentor teacher by Thursday, 1 August..
