Year 12 References
Students who would like a Year 12 reference from their mentor must request one.
Mentor teachers will not write a reference without a completed form.
The reference will be included in students Presentation Night folder.
The back name is the field where you can write your nickname – keep in mind that your nickname will be checked for suitability before orders are finalised.
Requests for references can be made by students or parents directly to the student’s mentor teacher, but all requests must include the application form.
The closing date for reference applications to be lodged is Thursday, 1 August.
