Year 11 and 12 Student Surveys
Each year students are asked to complete various surveys so we can monitor the College’s effectiveness in providing a high-quality education as well as gain valuable information about our students and their wellbeing.
Year 12 Students Only
POST SCHOOL INTENTIONS AND STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
Year 12s are to complete the Post School Intentions and Student Satisfaction Survey and the Wellbeing Survey by Friday, 13 September.
Students will need their WA Student Number (and surname as recorded on SIS) to log onto the survey which will be provided by the Mentor teacher.
