2018 World’s Greatest Shave

On Thursday, 15th March the College came together to support the World’s Greatest Shave which helps fund vital research so more people can survive blood cancers like lymphoma, leukaemia and myeloma. Robyn Bennett and Ciaran Spearink shaved their heads and Cameron Dawson cut her long hair, all helping to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.  Congratulations to the College community for raising over $1000 on the day.    All MSC students are to be congratulated for their involvement and participation throughout the day.

The College ran a sausage sizzle, hair braiding and colouring, leg waxing, and a cake stall.  A big thank you to Quinns IGA and Woolworths Clarkson for donating supplies for the sausage sizzle and Roxy Holmes from ‘Hair She Is’ for her time and hairdressing skills.  Thanks also to the College staff who helped put the day together and a special thank you to the staff who donated cakes, muffins etc for the bake sale.
